In the third quarter of 2025, the Health and Fitness category on the Android platform in Portugal saw notable activity among the top applications. Based on Sensor Tower data, here’s a breakdown of how these apps performed in terms of downloads and active users.

SNS 24, developed by SPMS - Serviços Partilhados do Ministério da Saúde, demonstrated a robust presence with weekly downloads fluctuating between 7K and 10K. The app peaked at 10.4K downloads in the week of September 22. Active users increased from 324K to nearly 387K by the end of the quarter.

Mi Fitness (Xiaomi Wear) by Beijing Xiaomi Mobile Software Co., Ltd, maintained a steady download rate, starting with 3.7K and peaking at 5.3K in early September. Active users showed a general increase, rising from 101K to 122K over the quarter.

myAdvanceCare from Advancecare S.A. saw a consistent download trend, with numbers ranging from 2.9K to 4.3K. Active users displayed growth, starting at 25K and reaching over 33K by quarter’s end.

+Lusíadas by Lusíadas Saúde experienced downloads between 3K and 4.5K, with a noticeable increase in active users from 31K to 37K.

MY LUZ from Luz Saúde, showed a steady increase in downloads, peaking at 4.3K in late September. Active users grew significantly from 78K to nearly 100K by the end of the quarter.
